The Jaguars are just days away from taking on the Patriots in their first AFC championship since 1999.
Luckily for the Jaguars Tashaun Gipson is the only player who missed practice Thursday. Gipson is nursing a foot injury, but believes he'll be ready to play Sunday. Coach Doug Marrone also believes Gipson is trending in the right direction. The Jaguars starting free safety is set to play a key role in trying to slow down the Patriots potent passing attack. If he is unable to play Jarrod Wilson will see much more playing time at safety in this one. Wilson is a nice player, but the Jaguars would love to have Gipson available when they take on Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and Co. Stay tuned for more! |
