Hand-Gate continues.
Wednesday afternoon, instead of meeting with the media, Tom Brady was working with the Patriots medical staff. We later found out that Brady suffered an injury to his right hand (yes, the same hand he throws the ball with) during an accidental collision with a team mate. Reports were that the injury was far from serious and that Brady would participate in the Patriots Thursday Practice. WRONG!
Tom Brady, in fact, did not participate in practice Thursday. He was on the field with the team, but did not practice and did not do work with his injured hand. What does it mean? Was this a precautionary move by the Pats? Is Brady's game status actually in question? It seems likely that Brady will still play Sunday, but could this injury limit his accuracy?
