Mel Kiper released his first Mock Draft of 2017 and has the Jaguars drafting SS Jamal Adams from LSU. Adams is a physical freak and could be the strong safety that the Jaguars hoped John Cyprien would be. This won't be a popular pick if it does come to fruition, but Adams is one hell of a safety.

This is curious in my opinion. Adams is a beast in the box safety, and is far more athletic that Cyprien, but he struggles with some of the same things that Cyprien does right now. Hmm.
