Jalen Ramsey underwent successful surgery on Thursday for a core muscle injury suffered in the team's offseason program. It is said that this procedure usually takes about 6 weeks to recover from which means he will likely miss the beginning of training camp.
This adds to the long list of Jaguars starting defensive backs that are injured this offseason. Barry Church, Tashaun Gipson, and Aaron Colvin all have yet to participate in a practice. The team's official statement:
