The Jaguars announced Friday afternoon that their polarizing star cornerback Jalen Ramsey will be questionable to play when the team takes on the Cowboys in Jerry World this Sunday.
Ramsey was added to the injury report Thursday with knee soreness and was limited in practice Friday. Doug Marrone commented saying "we're just going to monitor the situation as it goes." Is Ramsey going to sit this one out? Don't count on it. He was listed as questionable numerous times in 2017 and actually sat out full weeks of practice on his way to an All-Pro season. The Cowboys don't have a prolific passing offense by any stretch of the imagination, but the Jaguars will be with out corners DJ Hayden and Tre Herndon for this one. If Ramsey can't go the CB depth will be certainly be tested. In my estimation that's even more reason to believe that he'll play. Still, it's worth keeping an eye on throughout the weekend. |
