The Jaguars were without two of their very best players for the majority of their win over the Bengals Sunday. Prior to the game Leonard Fournette was deactivated by head coach Doug Marrone for a violation of team rules - apparently he was late to a team function. For the supremely talented CB Jalen Ramsey it was an unwarranted ejection that cost him the entire second half of the Jaguars win.
Wednesday afternoon both players talked to the media about their respective situations. Fournette had this to say about being deactivated for the game:
