The Jaguars have been without key players for what seems like an eternity. This week it looks like they still may be without a couple of key pieces. Wide receiver Allen Hurns is still battling back from a hamstring injury, while back up running back Denard Robinson is battling an ankle injury, and the now starting left guard Chris Reed is suffering from a toe injury. Hurns, Robinson, and Reed were all held out of practice on Wednesday. It's unclear what the Jaguars would do if Chris Reed isn't able to go, as he would be the third left guard to go down in 2016. If Robinson is inactive it could see Corey Grant and Shane Wynn getting some reps in the backfield. Obviously the Allen Hurns hamstring injury has just been the latest set back for Hurns in 2016, who even before the injuries started was struggling to find his groove. The Jaguars will be hopeful that left tackle Kelvin Beachum (knee), strong safety John Cyprien (shoulder), running back Chris Ivory (hamstring), defensive tackle Abry Jones (knee), tight end Ben Koyack (knee), center Brandon Linder (ankle), defensive end Yannick Ngakoue (ankle), and linebacker Paul Posluszny (neck/shoulder) will all be able to go this weekend against their bitter rivals in Houston. Each of whom was limited in practice on Wednesday. The Jaguars will need the vast majority of these guys to go in order to steal a win from the division leading Texans and to put an end to the Texans five game winning streak in the series.
