The Jaguars made two roster moves Monday afternoon, waiving OL Sean Hickey with an injury designation and signing undrafted free agent OL Tony Adams. If Hickey clears waivers tomorrow he'll be added to the Jaguars injured reserve list.
At 26 years old Hickey has bounced around the league having brief stints with the Saints, Patriots, Vikings, Jets, Dolphins and most recently the Jaguars. He was originally signed as an UDFA by the Saints in 2015 by way of Syracuse. Tony Adams becomes the third NC State product to join the Jaguars offense. He was originally signed by the Jaguars as an UDFA following the 2018 draft, but due to a failed physical was not added to the roster. He'll now have an opportunity to fight for a roster spot, but his best shot at sticking around in Jacksonville is on the team's practice squad as the Jaguars have a good bit of talent and depth across the O-Line.
