The Jaguars are dealing with a number of injuries as they prepare for one of their biggest tests of the year - the Seattle Seahawks. Here's the latest injury update.
Telvin Smith and Josh Wells, who are both in the concussion protocol, practiced fully on Thursday. Both players, however, still need to be cleared from the NFL's concussion protocol before they can play in a game. Marqise Lee was a limited participant in practice Thursday due - a sign that he and his ailing knee will be good to go this Sunday. His running mate at WR Allen Hurns was not able to practice due to ankle injury that has held him out of multiple games and is unlikely to play Sunday. CB Aaron Colvin was a limited participant for the second straight day with an elbow injury. His teammate in the secondary Jalen Ramsey missed practice for the second straight day with an ankle injury, but seems like he'll be ready to play against the Seahawks. Ramsey has missed plenty of practice this year, yet has played in every game. Star DE Calais Campbell was limited for a second straight day with a wrist injury. LB Paul Posluszny was limited with a groin injury. Starting LG Patrick Omameh is still battling a quad injury and was limited. Chris Reed, Omameh's primary backup, is battling a knee injury and was also limited. Leonard Fournette continues to be a full participant in practice, despite not appearing to have the same juice that he put on display earlier this season. |
