Will the Jags pick up Bortles 5th year option?

The Jaguars young signal caller is heading into his fourth season. The Jaguars have to decide by May 3rd whether or not to lock him up for the following season. If the Jaguars don't lock him up and he has a big rebound year, then the Jaguars will have to fork out some serious change to retain him, however if the Jaguars take the more cautious route and decide to pick up his fifth year option then they will have an extra year with Bortles before having to sign him to a big deal -- again, that's if he has a big bounce back year in 2017.
