It does make sense for some obvious reasons. He's unemployed, the Jaguars will need a new head coach, he lives in Jax, and so on and so forth. It'll be interesting to see if the Jaguars do show any interest this offseason in the only head coach that has guided the Jaguars to the playoffs more than twice. At this point though, it's only speculation.
The only way the Jaguars passing game will improve is Blake Bortles makes some big strides over the next few weeks. But will replacing the offensive coordinator with the QB coach that has been working with Bortles actually do anything to help Bortles' game? We'll find out soon enough.
