The newest Jaguars running back Chris Ivory, who was recently acquired via free agency, has been named to the NFL Top 100 Players list. The list is annually voted on by NFL players. Ivory came in at #78 after a season in which he lead the AFC in rushing for the New York Jets and was the only running back in the conference to top the 1,000 yard mark.
Ivory is the third Jaguar to be named to the 2016 NFL Top 100 Players list — Allen Hurns and Telvin Smith were both featured last week coming in at #89 and #83 respectively. A teaser hinted at the Jaguars having 5 total players featured in the Top 100 in 2016 which leaves two players left to be featured. It will most likely be Allen Robinson and Malik Jackson, however some believe that Blake Bortles will sneak into the countdown. Congratulations to Chis Ivory — stay tuned for more coverage on the Top 100 players and Go Jags! |
