Over the past two days the Jaguars have been playing host to defensive end Greg Hardy. Hardy, who has been a free agent since the Cowboys announced earlier this offseason that they would not be resigning him, is a highly controversial player with world class talent and a load of off field issues.
Following his domestic violence incident Hardy missed almost all of 2014 before heading to Dallas the following season. When active and committed Hardy is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL. He turns 28 exactly one week from today and is entering what should be the prime of his career. If the Jaguars do decide to sign Hardy they will be adding a pass rusher who has recorded 40 sacks since 2010. He would almost certainly be a starter from the time he stepped in the building and would make the Jaguars pass rush much more formidable than it is in it's current state. Even hosting a player with such a background as Hardy is sure to spark anger in some fans. However, there is no indication that the Jaguars have made an offer or would be interested in making an offer in the future. Stay tuned for more! More From Generation Jaguar |
