Will the Jaguars franchise tag Allen Robinson?

The Jaguars have a number of decisions to make over the next several months. They've likely already decided whether or not they're going to franchise tag rising star wide receiver Allen Robinson. If they are going to place the franchise tag on him they've got to get it done today. But the prospect of paying a receiver coming of an ACL tear nearly $16 million this season may be too rich for the Jaguars decision makers. 

Several reports have already suggested that the Jaguars do not plan to place the franchise tag on Allen Robinson.

The Jaguars reportedly won't franchise Allen Robinson and the Bears don't plan to franchise Kyle Fuller (per @BradBiggs). That's a lot of talent that didn't seem likely to hit the market as recently as a week ago.

Some reports have gone as far as to say the Jaguars don't plan on bringing back Allen Robinson at all, suggesting that the Jaguars could bring instead bring back the highly inconsistent Marqise Lee.
