The Jaguars' starting quarterback, Gardner Minshew, reportedly suffered multiple fractures, and a strained ligament in his throwing hand. X-rays confirmed the injuries in right hand this week.
While we do know that Minshew is injured, it's unclear how much time, if any, the second year QB will miss. The Jaguars' backup QB is Mike Glennon. They've also got rookie Jake Luton available if need be. This knowledge could provide some insight as to why Minshew has struggled so much with accuracy and ball placement over the last three weeks.
