If you don't know what A-Rob said earlier this week, here it is: When you hear the atmosphere of when we step out on the field, when we go to punt or before halftime when Blake takes a knee and you hear the booing, it's kind of funny to me . . . It's funny that we get our best home-field advantage when we go to Wembley [Stadium]. Dear Allen, Nothing about this situation is funny. Every fan base boos when there is exceptionally terrible play for any extended period of time. That's the way fans are wired. We bust our ass at our 9-5 jobs, saving money so we can go see our beloved Jaguars play every week, and when we don't get solid efforts from the team in return, we're going to be angry. You, along with several other players on the Jaguars roster just don't get it. Telvin Smith made similar comments earlier this year when he said “you either with us or against us”. But at least Telvin is playing some of the best linebacker in the NFL right now. Jaguars fans haven't seen a successful season since 2007. For some context that’s over 3,200 days. When the Jaguars lost to New England in the Divisional round of the 2007 playoffs I was 15. You were two years younger than me at the time. Little did either of us know that the Jaguars wouldn't run out on to the field for a playoff game even once over the next decade. Since that fateful day in Foxbourough, our beloved Jaguars have won just 41 games. FORTY ONE. They’ve played 134 games and won only 41. That’s 93 losses since January 12, 2008. The Jaguars have lost more than double the amount of games they’ve won in that time period. Yet, week in and week out we pay for our season tickets and buy merchandise. Every week we pack out the Bank. Every week we tailgate and every week we defend you to our friends and coworkers. We were there for your rookie season when you had to deal with injury and missed six games. We were there for your record setting sophomore campaign in which you scored 14 touchdowns and racked up 1,400 yards. We've been here, we’ve stood with this team through thick and thin and we’ve stood proud, cheering as loud as we can. We’ve watched the Jaguars lose 28 games since you arrived in 2014, while you and your teammates have given us just 10 wins in return. We’ve been here long before you ever arrived and we’ll be here long after you leave. So how about you show some respect to a fan base that has defended you and your teammates your entire career, despite not even sniffing a playoff birth. How about you look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why you’ve dropped 2 balls in the last 2 games that led to interceptions. How about you think on why you haven't been able to get open in 2016. How about you think about football instead of insulting a fan base that get’s insulted enough. How about you look around the locker room and figure out why the offensive line couldn't block a high school team. How about you not point the finger at the fans, and instead look inward. Find a way to go out and beat the Titans this week. And find a way to realize we're the only fans you've got. Unfortunately for the fan base that is lovingly known as Duval, you and the Jaguars have lost your way. I want to wake up from this 10 year nightmare, but it doesn't feel like that will happen anytime soon. P.S. I love you, and wish you all the success in the world, but don't poke a fan base that has done nothing but support you since you arrived in Duval.
