In 2016 five Jaguars made the NFL's Top 100 List put together by the players. After a hugely disappointing 2016 campaign no players that were on the Jaguars roster through out the course of the 2016 will make the list this year (sob, sob). While there were a couple of players that may have deserved to make the Top 100 (Malik Jackson, AJ Bouye, Brandon Linder, Jalen Ramsey) but when you're a 3-13 team that flounders through much of the season you're not likely to get a lot of love.
Luckily for Jaguars fans one of the team's free agent acquisitions this offseason did make the list. Calais Campbell came in at #83 on the list. He didn't have eye popping numbers in 2016, but his impact on defense and special teams does not go unnoticed. He put up 53 tackles, 8 sacks, 6 passes defended, 2 forced fumbles, a safety, and an interception. He certainly did it all in 2016 and the Jaguars hope he can bring that same kind of impact to the Jaguars in 2017. Which players will make their mark in 2017 and end up on the list in 2018?
