Here's 3 things to remember from Day 6 of Jaguars Training Camp practices.

1. Myles Jack gets run with the ones

The Jaguars have maintained their stance on Myles Jack throughout the offseason, they don't want to rush him. Thus far through training camp Jack has been the middle linebacker for the second string defense. But with many of the veterans getting a rest day on Wednesday, including Paul Posluszny, who is the starter at middle linebacker, Jack got the chance to play with the starters for the first time. He didn't take his opportunity for granted and was able to get the defense lined up  in several key situations. He also displayed his coverage ability while in the starting lineup. Don't go getting your hopes up that Jack will be the Jags starting middle linebacker this season, but don't be surprised if he's starting at the OTTO position before the end of 2016.

2. Dante Fowler Dominates on his Birthday

Dante Fowler, who turned 22 today, is the Jaguars clear starter at LEO (edge rusher) despite never playing a down in the NFL. There's good reason for that -- in his time in Jacksonville on the practice field, in the weight room, and in the classroom, Dante Fowler has stood out from the pack. Things were no different on his birthday as he routinely wreaked havoc in the offensive backfield. It's looking more and more like Dante Fowler will have a major impact for the Jaguars defense in 2016, especially in clear passing situations. Here's 3 videos of Dante Fowler on his Birthday taken at training camp:

3. Julius Thomas Returns to Practice

Julius Thomas left practice on Tuesday with an ankle injury and at the time the extent of the injury was not known. A scary moment for any Jags fan that knows Thomas' lengthy injury history. Fortunately for Thomas and the Jaguars he returned to the field today and showed no signs of injury. Thomas' health will be an import storyline to watch -- The Jaguars need him in order for the offense to play at an elite level, but in his five years in the league he's never played a full 16 games in a season. For now, he's fine and that is very good news.
